One-on-one NDIS & private support · Illawarra
Support that shows up, listens, and sticks around.
Hi, I'm Candice. I work one-on-one with adults and older people who want steady, respectful support to keep living life their way: at home, out in the community, and toward the goals that matter to you.
“Having the same person show up every time has made a huge difference.”
Sound familiar?
Support looks good on paper. In reality…
Workers keep changing
Just as trust starts to build, a new face turns up and you are explaining everything all over again.
Communication is unclear
Times shift, messages go unanswered, and nobody seems to know what the plan actually is.
Visits feel rushed
You end up spoken over or hurried along, instead of supported at your own pace.
That makes it hard to build trust, and even harder to make progress. It doesn't have to be that way.
Meet Candice
Hi, I'm Candice, the support worker behind Taylor Support.
I work one-on-one with NDIS participants and privately funded clients who want consistent, respectful support. My job is to help you keep your independence, routines and confidence in everyday life.
I'm goal-oriented and hands-on. The best part of my work is standing beside someone while they achieve something practical and real, whether that's getting back out into the community, building a routine that sticks, or simply having a calm, reliable person in their week.
How it works
Getting started is simple.
Build your plan
A short questionnaire covers your needs, goals, routines and preferences. Fill it in privately or together, whichever feels more comfortable.
Align expectations
We have a relaxed conversation to clarify the details, answer your questions, and make sure we're both clear on what good support looks like for you.
Ongoing support
Support starts, one-on-one, with clear communication and the flexibility to adjust as your needs change over time.
What I can help with

Questions
Things people often ask.
Who do you provide support for?
I support adults and older people who want one-on-one disability support, and families looking for consistent, reliable care for someone they love. Support is shaped around each person's needs, goals and preferences.
Do you support NDIS and non-NDIS clients?
Yes. Support is available through the NDIS (plan-managed or self-managed) or privately, depending on what works best for you.
Is the support one-on-one?
Always. Every visit is one-on-one, which is what makes consistency, familiarity and a personal approach possible.
What types of support do you offer?
Daily living support, community access and appointments, goal-focused support and skill building, social and emotional support, active and lifestyle-based support, and collaboration with families and carers. See the services page for detail on each.
Can you help with goals and independence?
That's my favourite part. I enjoy working with clients on meaningful goals, whether that's building independence, confidence, routines, or practical life skills, and then actively working toward them together.
